Accommodation & Transportation:
- Air Condition Accommodations both nearby at Makkah & Madina.
- All local Ziyarath in Makkah & Madina by A/c Buses with a guide.
- Round trip A/c transportation in Jeddah, Makkah, Madina, Makkah, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina, and Makkah back to Jeddah.
- Travel by reputed and Good Airlines from Bangalore – Jeddah - Bangalore in economy class, baggege allowed by airlines is 30 kg luggage & 10 Ltr ZamZam water per passenger for the Excess baggege / luggage the charges are 50 SR (Saudi Riyal) per Kg.
- Tour cost based on US 1$=INR 50/- and ticket fare effective 1st April 2009 Any increase on the above rates before departure has to be borne by the pilgrims.
- We are not responsible for any cancellation or delay in flight, missing of baggage, missing connections by Airline or in the Airport.

Food Service:
Homely food arrangements by Al Madina cater chefs from Bangalore
Daily three times arrangements for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
- Breakfast:
Roti or Bread, Kheema, Jam, Butter, Coffee or Tea (8 am to 10 am)
- Lunch:
Ghee Rice, Roti, Dal Fry, Mutton Khurma or Chicken Kabab, Fruits, Salad, Coffee or Tea (1 pm to 2.30pm)
- Dinner:
Plain Rice, Roti, Dal, Mutton Khurma or Chicken, Fruits (8 pm to 10 pm)

- Laundry service available at Makkah & Madina (15 pairs of cloths only) free of cost, only for HAJJ
